Personal Description:

I am an internationally certified professional in the field of customer service and have years of experience in the corporate sector. I am an advanced communicator and leadership award recipient from Toastmasters International.
I began my professional career taking on different roles as a teacher, customer service professional, personal assistant, cleaning agency supervisor, Business Development Manager, Public Speaking coach and an a stage and TV actor.
After high school, I created and managed several projects ranging from investment clubs, entertainment, microfinance groups, and speaking academy, these I did to gain work experience and to also get hands-on practical knowledge of how businesses work and people management. Having to work on tight deadlines taught me how to work independently as part of a professional team. I learned the true meaning of teamwork and productivity; I have learned how to motivate others to prevent issues around lack of productivity and effectiveness in the workplace. I have used these skills to enhance my role as project lead and manager for different projects, particularly methods of motivation and delegation, and the significance of being accountable for others. As a facilitator for a state educational project tagged ‘Ready Set Work’ and the training of direct sales agents among other works, my speaking and facilitating skills were greatly enhanced, as I would often have to listen, analyse and respond to issues brought up by colleagues and students.
