Personal Description:

I'm a professional actor and have experience with Shakespeare's Globe, Tricycle Theatre, English Touring Theatre, the National Youth Theatre, ITV and the BBC. I've performed professionally on stage and on screen in commercials and **Contact Detail Removed**vision dramas.

I'm based between Muswell Hill, London and Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.

I graduated from the University of Bristol with a First Class (Honours) degree in History in 2015.

Teaching Experience:

I was a teaching assistant at Greenway Primary School in Berkhamsted from 2010-11. While studying at university, I worked part-time as an Ambassador for the Financial & Legal Skills Partnership; this involved delivering presentations to sixth form students in the Bristol area about the opportunities available to them in the finance sector. These experiences have enhanced my ability to engage with students of a broad age range.

I'm registered with the Directory of LAMDA Teachers and have experience myself of being taught the LAMDA exam syllabus from Grades 3-8.

I've also worked with the National Youth Theatre as an Ambassador during their annual intake auditions.

I've tutored privately through First Tutors since September 2015.

Teaching Approach:

I am a friendly tutor with strong interpersonal skills and therefore would like to find out more about the individual I'd be helping. This would, of course, mean learning about their strengths and areas for improvement, but a more personal approach is vital too in order to identify interests and hobbies. Engaging with a student in an empathetic manner is, in my opinion, key to a good working relationship. I believe that as I've very recently passed through the LAMDA exams process, and continue to audition for professional projects on a regular basis, I'm in a strong position to understand contemporary pressures on students and the commitment their creative aspirations demand.
