Personal Description:
An experienced Creative Arts and Photography teacher with a background teaching GCSE, A Level, UAL Diploma and HND Art and Photography. I’ve taught in London and currently teach in Hertford. Before my career in teaching I worked as a photographer for in an Outdoor Advertising company. I have a degree in Fine Art and a lot of SEND experience.
Teaching Experience:
10 years teaching in a sixth form in London and 7 years teaching in an F.E college in Hertford.
Teaching Approach:
I find that a calm, holistic approach to teaching brings the best out of students when studying the arts. Getting to know the student and how they learn means that they both enjoy learning and succeed. I aim to break content down into chunks and set achievable goals whilst working towards growing stronger technical and creative skills.
