Personal Description:

I'm a professional photographer and passionate about photography. Having been on numerous courses and workshops over the years in portraiture, landscape and studio photography I want to share my knowledge and help others learn how to use their camera's and to take great photos.

Flash photography is a particular passion of mine and something that many new photographers struggle with and something I can help demystify.

Teaching Experience:

I currently run many regular photography workshops covering many aspects of photography because I love to share and help others with their photography and help them overcome the many challenges they encounter along the way. I believe photography is something that should be shared and enjoyed, and I look forward to helping you get the great images you want no matter where you are, where you live or what equipment you own.

Teaching Approach:

I adopt a simple and hands-on approach to teaching and have all the equipment we will need. If you have your own camera please do bring it with you and we can go through it specifically. You will learn largely by doing, creating various shots with me guiding you. This will strengthen your knowledge and experience much more than reading alone. Of course, I'll be happy to tailor your lessons completely to your needs if there is something specific you want to learn or accelerate your knowledge in.

Regardless of which camera you have you will be able to use it well, take superior pictures and have lots of ideas about how to improve any particular shot you are about to capture. If you want to take your photography to the next level this is perfect for you!
