Information About Pearle - Swansea teacher

Personal Description:

Offering online lessons only at the moment.

Hi, I'm Pearle. I'm a 24-year-old female (Currently). I have a 2:1 upper BA degree in Creative Writing and am currently doing my MA in Creative writing. I am a massive fan of writing and reading, specialising in poetry writing and short stories, but I don't mind working on longer pieces.

I don't have many published pieces, but I have published a short story and poetry book in the past and, for a while, ran a book review channel on Youtube.

Teaching Experience:

I don't have a lot of teaching experience, which I'm getting into recently. I've taught my younger siblings, 8 & 9, along with some of their friends, in writing short flash fiction.
I also have a lot of experience in reading and reviewing work. During my three years of university, I ran a youtube channel and site in which I reviewed Wattpad stories and gave 1-1 feedback on writing. I also helped students in the lower years of my university with creative writing coursework.

Teaching Approach:

My approach to teaching is quite laid back. Due to the difficulties I faced in my writing, I have learnt that people work differently and uniquely. I will work closely with you and go about my teaching in a way that feels most comfortable and easier for you. I have a bit of a set structure in place in which we can explore at your own pace if you like.
