Personal Description:

I have 17 years of Speech and Drama experience and have gained both a Teaching Diploma (dipLCM) and a Performance Associate Diploma (ALCM) in the subject. Over the years, I performed regularly in numerous festivals, achieving countless bursary awards and rose bowls. Other than solo work, I have experience with performing in plays, and I am an experienced **Contact Detail Removed**vision actor; I have worked as an extra on Disney Channel and in the film "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them".

Teaching Experience:

I have 8 years of teaching experience where I have worked with students of all ages, ranging from toddlers to adults. I have taught beginners and more advanced students for fun, for competing in festivals and for examinations (London College of Music).
I have a variety of general experience working with children, from working abroad at a summer camp in America and teaching English in Thailand (TEFL), to working locally as a Young Leader with GirlGuiding UK for 6 years. As part of my degree, I completed modules in Developmental Psychology where I cultivated both a theoretical and practical understanding of how children learn and which teaching methods are most effective.

Teaching Approach:

My main goal with my teaching is to instil a love of acting into you! The lessons are run by you, they can be as laid back or formal as you like. I am here to guide you and help you to achieve your goals - I am in no way a controlling or dictating teacher, I ensure to be flexible in my teaching and fit in with whatever you wish.
Please note that as a general safety precaution for myself, I do not teach adult males (aged 16+).
