Personal Description:
I have been in the teaching profession for over 20 years. I am now able to combine my passion for health and education by offering what is best termed as 'healthy options' cooking. Simple, delicious, cost effective dishes to please adults and children alike.
Teaching Experience:
Teaching for over 20 years adults, young learners and children. This has been both paid and on a voluntary basis.
More recently, I have been teaching on cookery clubs in the community, and run a holiday cook school for children.
Teaching Approach:
Very much hands on approach with an element of facts to base our learning on.
