Personal Description:
I am a semi-retired teacher of Drama and English. I studied Drama for 5 years and appeared in various theatrical productions. I have also studied Creative Writing to Advanced Level with the Open University. I am friendly and have an approachable and sympathetic style of tutoring. Self-confidence is key to success, and as a qualified Life Coach I have many tools to instil such confidence in all my students, at any age.
Teaching Experience:
Taught in main stream education for many years over the age ranges 5-16. Have been tutoring for 3 years and have enjoyed it very much.
Teaching Approach:
I believe that every student is of paramount importance. I always fit the material to the student not the other way around. I am flexible in my approach to all my students, assessing their strengths and encouraging them to aspire to their goals, and reach them.
