Personal Description:

I have recently graduated from MA Illustration: Authorial Practice with Distinction from Falmouth University. I also studied BA Fine Art painting, graduating in 2007 from the University of the Creative Arts, Canterbury.

I have assisted on further education courses and also undergraduate courses in Architecture, Graphic Design/Illustration and Fine Art. I have extensive experience helping students to prepare for university or to gain access onto a foundation course.

I have a current DBS (CRB) check and hold a first aid at work certificate.

I have a full, clean driving license and am willing to drive to you or tutor pupils at my home.

I also work as a freelance illustrator, photographer and visual artist. I offer tuition in Art and Design. I have taught these subjects up to A-level in a school environment. I have over 10 years experience in private tutoring and have a broad knowledge of working with students with various specific learning differences, especially autism and anxiety.

I'm friendly, relaxed and aim to provide student lead sessions. My interests are mainly with photography, painting, surface pattern design, textiles and drawing. I have working knowledge of the Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and InDesign.

SEN experience with students from ages 11-20 within a school, college and university setting.

To provide relaxed, student led sessions, which aim to provide students with confidence in their new skills and knowledge, which will enable them to advance in their education.
