About me
I've been a student for a long time, and I truly understand what it is like to crave academic success.
My academic career wasn’t a smooth one. I studied architecture and realised it wasn't for me. I studied management but was not very interested in the subject at that time. Then finally, I realised that I wanted to study Fine Arts, and since then I had no doubts. This realisation gave me so much drive, motivation and energy to achieve what I wanted. My primary goal was to excel in the subjects such as contemporary art practice and art history. I was so passionate during my degree, and I worked non-stop. I was always at the studio perfecting my artworks and writing numerous essays.
My efforts did not go to waste. I found many wonderful people to collaborate with. I discovered completely unexpected areas of research that helped me develop my ideas and show them to the world. I was alert, alive and had a sense of great purpose in life. I was studying hard and was never afraid to ask questions. I always looked for a supportive environment where people could help me implement my ideas.

Teaching Approach:
What to expect before we schedule an art class
To ensure that you get the most out of art classes with me, I invite you to take part in the Discovery Stage. What will it entail?
• A casual conversation with me preferably over a phone call where you can tell me what you would like to achieve and what you would like to explore. You can tell me about what art skills you would like to attain.
• I might ask you to show me the paintings, drawings or other forms of art that you created
• I might ask you to show me the stories that you wrote
What to expect after we schedule an art class
After priorities are identified, I will send a lesson plan prior to the scheduled lesson. The lesson plan will include what we will focus on + reference images, relevant book chapters or recommended digital resources. For practical art lesson, I will also indicate what materials are needed. After the class, I might send an email with additional resources and homework tasks.

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad that after you left this feedback, we had a further discussion and agreed on the place where the session will take place and found a convenient time slot. I look forward to working with your daughter later today!
Arina is a fantastic and enthusiastic tutor, the lessons are well prepared and structured, with lesson notes forwarded promptly after each session. Her lessons have improved my daughters confidence in the subject immeasurably and her enthusiasm and encouragement have motivated my daughter and helped her to really enjoy the Russian language. I would wholeheartedly recommend Arina.
The email communication is very prompt and efficient, and she always keeps us parents informed before and after the lesson.
I'd recommend Arina if anyone looking for a responsible tutor for their child.
She is very patient, never critical, and has a gentle tone when tutoring. Her lessons are also very well organised and she tries to make them fun and varied.
My son has gained a good momentum with her tutoring and has started taking interest in English as a subject which was far behind his favourites at a time.
Thanks Arina for all your efforts and feedback that helps him progress and gives confidence to take up challenging assignments.
I now feel much more confident in my skills and language.
I highly recommend her as a teacher, Thank you Arina!
Thank you for your hard work in supporting my nephew as he develops his english language skills.
Your personal approach is great, and Romeo enjoys his lessons with you.
Your expertise in teaching has put our minds at ease. We hoping to keep working with you on a long term basis.
as less familiar with the GCSE syllabus we were not able to take this forward. Her strengths lie in higher level English tuition and she is excellent in that domain.
Helping to plan an essay
Bringing information together
Giving advice/making suggestions on drafts
She is a very engaged smart person who puts in the extra effort.
I'm grateful for meeting her.
