Personal Description:

I'm an experienced professional actor and lecturer in acting and voice. Bristol Old Vic Theatre School trained, I've taught alongside my work as an actor for the last 15 years. I've worked extensively in television, film and theatre featuring in hit shows on the BBC, ITV, C4, Netflix, HBO, Universal and more, and in various productions at the National Theatre among others. I've taught screen and stage acting techniques at degree level in specialist performing arts colleges around the country and have provided acting, accent and elocution training to many private clients.

Teaching Experience:

Over the last 15 years, I've worked with hundreds of students and private clients on everything from acting technique to clear speech and pronunciation.
I regularly prepare future actors for the industry and aspiring students with drama school auditions, focusing on classical and contemporary monologues and audition technique. I also work with professional performers who want to consolidate their skills or add to their repertoire. I often work with actors on their audition material for screen and theatre projects.
In voice, I specialise in RP, phonetics and accents and I also work with those looking for help with public speaking and presentation in the workplace, improving positivity, confidence and self esteem.

Teaching Approach:

I'm a firm believer that anyone can improve their voice, acting and dramatic skills swiftly, given the right tools for the job, and I tailor my approach to each client in line with their abilities, requirements and aspirations. I'm passionate about my work, and am friendly, easy going, and empathetic.

My hourly rate is inclusive of preparation work, and email/phone support. I work with clients online via Zoom , Teams, or Skype.
