I am a driven educator whose aspiration is to play a fundamental role in the economic progression of my society through facilitating educational progress for prospective students.

Tutoring Experience:

Gauteng City College (2 Years)
Facilitated the following modules at NATED level: financial accounting N4 to N6, cost accounting N4 to N6, accounting grade 12, public finance N6, farming management and financial management N4 to N6, labor relations N6 and public law N6.
Facilitation took place through in class face to face contact sessions.

Richfield Graduate Institute (2 Years)
Tutoring business courses in the sphere of management: project management, human resources management, business studies and economics)

Hamilton Tutorials (3 Years)
Facilitating face to face tutorials and exam preparations for students studying towards attaining their undergraduate qualification from first year to third year. The following modules were the ones I conducted tutorials:
Economics (first year to third year modules- development economics, labor economics, environmental economics)
Management (human resources, strategic management and general management modules from first year to third year)
Financial Accounting (FAC1501, FAC1502 and FAC1601)

Tutoring Approach:

Tutoring takes patience and students have different assimilation capacities and therefore the lecturer has to have diverse methodologies that best suit the learners. Moreover, keeping and maintaining learner interest in a subject is key to their relative success in the course in question.
