Personal Description:

I've been teaching English since I completed my CELTA qualification in 2007, and now teach Cambridge IGCSE and pre-IGCSE and exam preparation online. My lessons are interactive, enjoyable, and designed to help my students develop the necessary skills and confidence required to pass their exams - and hopefully find a love for the language along the way!

Tutoring Experience:

I completed my CELTA qualification in 2007 and have been teaching students of all ages on and off ever since. In the years I travelled I taught second/foreign language English in language and International schools, but I now teach first language Cambridge English to homeschoolers at IGCSE and pre-IGCSE (Checkpoint level).
I have completed the Cambridge Introduction to IGCSE course and have been tutoring groups and individuals online for the past year.

In my classroom, I use a range of teaching techniques to encourage critical and reflective thinking. My lessons are interactive, enjoyable, and designed to help students develop the necessary skills and confidence required to pass their exams.
