Personal Description:

I am a final year medical student at Stellenbosch University,
currently in academic break for a few months. At this time I am available for weekday and weekend sessions . In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing guitar, and spending time with my friends. I am organised and dependable, and do well managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I am considered hardworking, punctual and driven, and am passionate about working with various age groups.

Tutoring Experience:

I privately tutored two students over the course of roughly a year and a half (04/2019-12/2020). I was part of a group of students at my high school who put together after school sessions to tutor kids from lower grades, particularly the subjects Mathematics, Information Technology and Physical Sciences.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring is to first find out what the student does and does not understand and work from there. My goal is to ensure that they have a comprehension of the work and an ability to problem solve independently. I also want to help them learn how to approach exam questions.
