Information About Samantha - Bethelsdorp tutor

Personal Description:

I am a motivated, happy and bubbly person who is passionate about teaching. I strong believe that we as teachers have the ability to make a HUGE difference in guiding the 'now' generations to have a positive impact on the future of our country. My mission is to educate children in such a way that they grow to LOVE life and it's challenges as much as I do so that they too would like, one day to make a difference whether it be in a person's life or in the world.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching since I received my degree in 2010. I have taught in the foundation phase Grade 1-3 for nine years and am now currently teaching Grade 4 and 5. I also spent a year in the United Kingdom teaching in the foundation phase and feel this has greatly improved my teaching.

Tutoring Approach:

I have learnt a lot through all my practical work experiences and feel that I have grown as a teacher as time has gone on and realise that I do have more space to grow and become and even better teacher. I have a positive approach to behavioural management and look forward to helping children find their own love of learning.
