Personal Description:

I’m an Accounting Honours student at the University of Pretoria, currently completing my CTA year. I have a strong passion for helping others understand accounting concepts in a clear and practical way. Having gone through the same courses recently, I understand the challenges students face and enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-follow steps. I also achieved 7 distinctions at an IEB high school.

Tutoring Experience:

While I haven’t formally tutored through an organization before, I’ve often helped classmates and peers prepare for tests and exams by explaining difficult concepts and working through past papers together. These informal sessions helped me develop a patient and structured teaching style that focuses on making students feel confident in their understanding.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach is to build a solid foundation first, then apply that knowledge to practical examples and past exam questions. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my explanations to suit their pace and learning style. I aim to create a relaxed and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenges until everything clicks.
