Njabulo is a passionate scholar experienced in academic world with tangible knowledge to benefit from. A social yet professional individual who maintains dispcline intergrity in any work relationships. A well trusted scholar in an academic world still very young yet rich in knowledge and enjoys growing with others. Currently doing my honors at Walter Sisulu University for Public administration. Well equipped in studies related to governmance, politics, business studies and administration also development studies. A very patient down to earth, yet competent and professional experienced tutors with vast experience as a tutor in University based tutoring politics, business studies ( also in high school), governmance studies. you can surely rely on me. Tutoring Experience:

I started tutoring at my second year tutoring high school student, tutoring Business studies. I did not pay much attention to this skill because my high school marks did not reflect my tutoring skill as reliable until students kept on coming back with good feedback. I then exceled at my modules impressing the Department and I was hired to tutor level 1s at Walter Sisulu University. I have been a reliable tutor for Walter Sisulu University for 2 years. I'm still a tutor for level 3s (final years) however i want to extend my skill to reach and develop others. I also was a voluntary assistant lecturer at Mthashana TVET College at Vryheid campus ( Business ). As a high school tutor i tutored only business studies. As a university tutor and a college lecturer i tutored public administration, governance studies with political studies.

Tutoring Approach:

Given the experience i have, I'm now a situational tutor meaning I deliver content based on the characteristics and mood of my clients and students. Generally as a teacher/tutor or lecturer it is not beneficial to be all flexy and too sophisticated to students you will never be able to connect to them and understand their lack and fill gaps with knowledge and make them feel comfortable in your class. Hence I'm now a well advanced tutor who has different ways to deliver content based on the group I have however i assure you I'm very good at what I do and you shall be well equipped given my deliverance. The purpose of teaching is to make a student understand that is highly understood in my philosophy of teaching.
