Information About Monique - Newcastle tutor

Personal Description:

Hi my name is Monique and I’m from Newcastle in South Africa. I have been a teacher for 9 years. I have only recently obtained my Tefl certificate. I really do enjoy teaching as I feel the importance about teaching is the enjoyment and I really like to adapt my lessons that will suite your needs and motivation. I’m a very outspoken person and love to ask questions and to encourage my students to do the same. I’m currently busy with my master’s degree in educational management and currently teaching at a special needs school.
I have an excellent track record in improving student’s fluency and confidence in using English in real life situations. I really enjoy when my students show positive performance in a really short time.

Tutoring Experience:

I taught at a primary school for 7 years where my subjects was English, Afrikaans, Life skills and Mathematics. I'm currently teaching at a special needs school. I have 9 years of teaching experience. I am currently busy with my Master degree in Educational Management via University of Johannesburg.

Tutoring Approach:

This will be my first time doing online tutoring. I love new challenges and learning something new.
