Tutoring Experience:
I’ve been teaching since 2019. Since starting my teaching journey, I’ve had the privilege of instructing courses like Chemistry 1 and Organic Chemistry 2. With a Master’s degree in Chemistry, I’ve developed a strong foundation in the subject, which I bring into the classroom to help my students succeed.
Starting in 2019, I quickly realized how rewarding it is to guide students through the challenges of chemistry. I’ve worked to create a teaching environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and engage with the material. Organic chemistry can be complex, but I take great care in breaking down the concepts into clear, manageable parts, ensuring students feel confident in their understanding.
Over the years, I’ve developed a teaching style that focuses on clarity, patience, and real-world applications. I strive to make the content not only understandable but also interesting, helping students appreciate the relevance of chemistry in their everyday lives and future careers.
Through my teaching experience, I’ve learned how important it is to be approachable and supportive. I’m proud of the progress my students make and find immense satisfaction in helping them achieve their academic goals. Teaching has been a fulfilling journey, and I look forward to continuing to inspire and empower my students in the years to come.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to tutoring is centered around creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident to explore and ask questions. I believe that understanding each student’s unique learning style is key to effective teaching, so I take the time to tailor my explanations and methods to suit their individual needs.
I focus on breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps, ensuring that my students build a solid foundation before tackling more advanced topics. Patience and active listening are at the core of my teaching style—I encourage open communication and always strive to create a space where students feel heard and understood.
I aim to make learning interactive and enjoyable by using practical examples and relatable scenarios, especially in chemistry, to bring abstract concepts to life. My goal is not just to help students succeed academically but to inspire a genuine curiosity and appreciation for the subject.
Tutoring, to me, is a collaborative process. I encourage students to take an active role in their learning, guiding them to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Whether working through challenging problems or preparing for exams, I am dedicated to ensuring my students gain confidence in their abilities and achieve their goals.
