Personal Description:

I used my year as an au pair to travel. I lived in the USA for a year. I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. Creating things with my hands is my passion. I enjoy painting, drawing, and working with leather. In addition, I keep myself busy by listening to music, writing in my journal, and going on hikes.

Tutoring Experience:

I am a recently qualified English Foreign Language teacher. I was responsible for supervising children, explaining the work they struggled with, ensuring they did the work, and marking the work. I did this job for three months. I provided childcare for an American family for one year. I often helped the girls with their homework. I had to drive the girls to activities, feed them, do their laundry, and bathe them. I did a ten-hour teaching practice course on the 19th of March 2022. I used to volunteer at a local orphanage. I helped children with their homework. I would often explain things they did not understand. I am currently working on an online tutoring platform. I recently reached my 20-hour milestone.

Tutoring Approach:

My method is to work towards my student's learning goals. I call it tailored learning! I ask my students what they want to achieve by learning English, along with what they would like me to focus on. This way I can give my students exactly what they need.
