Iv been a Tutor for 3 years.
Was a volunteer tutor for the Tomorrow Trust program from 2018-2021. I'm part of the tutors team for Teachme2 Tutors till date and I'm a private tutor till date.
Tutoring Approach:
Great teaching appears to be more about our attitude toward our students, our subject, and our work than it is about our knowledge and skills so I aim to always target the attitudes of the learners towards the subject and create a warm free environment for growth, to ensure and encourage them that failing is just a necessity for growth and remove the fear attached to it.
