I am currently undertaking my Data Science internship, having graduated with a distinction in BSc Econometrics from University of the Free State. I attained distinctions for Cambridge IGCSE and A Level exams .
Im an adept in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics , Business and Actuarial-related modules. Im a self motivated and progress-driven Senior Tutor with an extensive background in this industry .I am an astute problem-solver capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects with proficiency… I have 8 years of experience in teaching from high school up to and including University Level modules
Tutoring Experience:
8 years teaching experience including 3 years of being a Math, Economics and Statistics tutor at North West University
I have over 8 years of tutoring experience. A large number of my tutees were found through word-of-mouth from former tutees pleased with their results.
Tutoring Approach:
Every student is an individual and deserves to be treated as such. There is no one size fits all approach that works for everyone so I make sure to really understand how all my students think in order to optimise their learning.
My approach is to determine the student's strengths and perfect them whilst weaker areas are reinforced with different strategies . Lecture material, textbook exercises and past exam questions or class tests all bring in a vast pool of knowledge that will be drawn from to help my students better themselves in the courses they engage with me.

Esther simplifies complex math problems and explains them to me so clearly. I am so grateful to have Esther as a tutor as my understanding of math has improved significantly.
