Personal Description:

I hold a Bsc Honors in Biology from The University of Zimbabwe, Class of 2006. In my First two years before majoring in Biology. The first two years of my undergrad I did university courses in Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry before I was awarded an honours degree in my final year of university.
I am an outgoing gentleman passionate about sciences and imparting knowledge. I have been interacting with students from all ages for the past ten years and I understand their needs. I am also passionate about computer programming and to that end I am a hobbyist web developer.
I believe knowledge is power and it must be affordable to all.

High school science teacher 2007-2013
Teaching Assistant at Chinhoyi University of Technology 2014-2015
Private tutoring in the Pretoria, Hatfield 2016 to date

Tutoring Approach:

First I get to know the student on a personal level to make them comfortable. I then ask them the areas they are struggling with. I also look at their school books if they are comfortable with it. Then we start with what they are comfortable with. I also know some of the areas students usually struggle with and I work on those as well. I give short exercises that the student can do on their own, very short such that it wont be a burden but will help in boosting self confidence. I believe most students, especially in maths, lack confidence and its something I try to instill.
Finally I speak with parents or guardian to see how we can both help the student reach their potential.
