Personal Description:
My name is Claudia and I am 32 years old. I have taught in both South Africa and England. Teaching has always been my passion and I can't imagine doing anything else. I am a committed individual and derive great pleasure from helping children and young people reach their full potential. I am bilingual. I speak English and Afrikaans.
Tutoring Experience:
I am a qualified teacher and currently teach Afrikaans, Geography and English to grades 8 to 12. Previously I have also taught history to grades 8 and 9. I was also a grade 4 and 5 teacher. I have remedial experience as well.
Tutoring Approach:
Children actually want to learn. They just need to be guided. They need to establish their own goals so that they will have the drive to achieve it. My job is to help them get there. No question is silly or irrelevant and it doesn't matter how many times we have to do something. Practice makes perfect and children can do whatever they set their minds tom
