Personal Description:

I am recent matriculant that did a combination of public school and home school to earn my certificate. I have a heart for children who struggle with school and am a very patient teacher. I am currently taking a working gap year to explore my career options while taking online courses relating to psychology.

Tutoring Experience:

I used to engage with fellow students in study groups before exams where we would design in depth study notes. I also have experience of helping classmates with Maths and Afrikaans problems by explaining the task a in a simple solution.

Tutoring Approach:

I don't believe anyone is incapable of learning, I believe some just need extra time and care to understand the concepts. I personally experienced tutoring and learned so much from my tutor. I am passionate to nurture a learner to success. I enjoy using creative methods for optimal concentration. I am not opposed to using colour, YouTube videos, drawings and pictures to help explain a concept to a learner.
