Personal Description:

I am a B.Com. graduate in Financial Accounting. I have experience in accounting, taxation and auditing which spans over a decade. I've worked independently in my roles and am a problem solver with good communication and time management skills.
I am an avid reader, I play chess, love to travel and adore spending time with my family.

Tutoring Experience:

I have experience in tutoring learners from grade 8-12, especially in accounting. I am also actively involved in helping my children with formative assessments; from homework, assignments to projects and bespoke supplementary materials.

In my over 5 years experience in entrepreneurship, and 5 years experience in corporate. I have trained colleagues and subordinates on processes and educated customers on different products.

Tutoring Approach:

- I center my tutoring around my students and focus the mentorship on addressing the student's specific areas of weakness.
- I am able to facilitate in English, Setswana, SeSotho.
- I make learning practical based on case studies that I have worked on.
- I believe in creating a relaxed environment for learning, by communicating patience and optimism at a subconscious level.
- Motivation is also critical to a student's academic success, therefore part of my job is to build the confidence of the student so that they arbor the right attitude towards the subject.
