Personal Description:
Teaching is my passion and seeing students learn from me is a big achievement for me. I am patient, cheerful and comfortable to be with.
Tutoring Experience:
I have a college teaching experience for 5 years in the Philippines and my expertise are Math, Chemistry and Biology. I have also tutored high school students focusing primarily in Math and Science.
Don't hesitate to inquire and I would gladly send a response right away!
Availability:
Weekends (all day)
Weekdays (mornings and evenings)
Cancellation Policy:
If a session is cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the start time, there will be no charge and a full refund will be given. For cancellations between 24-12 hours before the lesson I may retain 50% of the booking fee. For cancellation less than 12 hours, I may retain 100% of booking fee. If the tutee is late for session, it will still start and end at the scheduled time.
Tutoring Approach:
At first, I ask the student's queries and from there I would know where to start. I am patient on explaining the concepts and problems at hand. I usually apply those to reality so the student could comprehend better.

Initially I was not confident in my chemistry paper however, Monica was able to help me gain my confidence through her very effective teaching style. She was able to help me understand the complex concepts of tertiary level chemistry through her clear and joyous explanations. I have had many lessons with her, and in each lesson I was enlightened with something new. One thing that stands out about Monica as a tutor is that you are able to ask her any questions, no matter how ridiculous they might be! She is also pro-active online which is highly convenient as she responds fairly quickly to questions via email.
Monica is definately the best tutor I've ever had! If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend her as a tutor and would be comfortable going back to her for my future papers.
