Personal Description:
I am a friendly tutor here to help people with history, classical studies, and English. I enjoy helping people learn new things. My hobbies - apart from history! - include football, English literature, and old films.
Tutoring Experience:
I have over six years' experience teaching adults, teenagers, and young children in New Zealand. I have experience teaching both in person and online.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to tutoring is student focused. Lessons are structured to help the student achieve their goals, whatever those might be. I keep lessons engaging and relaxed, since people learn best when they feel comfortable with the tutor and interested in the material.
