Personal Description:

I am bubbly and engaging, my friends and family describe me as 'a people person'.
I absolutely love working with children and making learning meaningful to them.
My time teaching ESOL and personality are suited to making adult lessons informative and enjoyable.
I am happy to travel, to work from home and online.
I am currently taking a break from teaching full time while I enjoy time with my new son.

Tutoring Experience:

I have four years Primary School teaching experience in New Zealand.

I have two years experience as an ESOL teacher in South Korea.

I have tutored many school students in private settings aged 3-18

I have two years experience teaching conversational English to adults.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe in meeting the student and tailoring my programme to their specific needs. For example, tutoring children I use my knowledge of the curriculum to target gaps and a range of age relevant material.

My current knowledge of the school curriculum and friendly personality mean my students are relaxed and able to open up and get down to business.

When working with adults I know the student has to feel comfortable and feel like they are making progress after each session.
