Personal Description:

I am a trained teacher with enriched teaching experience of 25 years as a teacher in school as well as a private tutor. I believe teaching is the noblest profession which prepares students to go for all other professions.

Tutoring Experience:

I have enriched 19 years of teaching experience with a variety of students in lndia. In the process of teaching as a teacher in school, I was also involved in research (in collaboration with Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University) of effective methodologies of teaching mathematics to young learners. In New Zealand, I have experience of six years of teaching in High School (y9 to y13). I do have experience of private tutoring students of primary classes upto students from NCEA level 1 and 2.

Tutoring Approach:

As every individual is different so is the need as a learner. Hence for effective teaching-learning, the teacher should tailor the lesson as per students requirement as a learner for an effective outcome. I believe that especially in private tutoring, the student should get the learning, he is seeking help for and paying money for. The learning of student reflects teachers' success or failure, not students'.
