Personal Description:

A professional tutor, who enjoys teaching students and considers it a duty to inculcate knowledge into our future generations for not only their personal and academic growth but for the greater good of humankind. I believe the only way forward for the human race is through knowledge and discovery.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching students from various countries, backgrounds, intellectual abilities and curricula since the past ten years. Having taught one-to-one and online due to the recent changes in our lifestyles post-pandemic I have gathered range of tools, techniques and tips to equip students to not only get the desired grades but to have a strong grip on subject matter.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring is clear and simple. I believe all children have the potential and ability to achieve great things given the right guidance. The 'right' guidance is not a rigid or a static term in my opinion. Their is no one right way which will suit all the students as every child comes with their own unique abilities and characteristics.

My approach is tailored according to the needs and capabilities of the students and in what phase of the academic year is the tutee approaching me for a lesson.

However, at the core of my approach lie the 4 A's:

A work ethic - through regular homework and weekly tests

Aspire to bring out the best in an individual - by constant encouragement and believing in them

Ability to build confidence - by making sure the tutee polishes their unique abilities and strong suits regularly

Alternative strategies - Tailoring the lesson according to the need of the hour ranging from knowledge based to purely grade based lessons.
