Personal Description:

Hi, my name is Una-Marie. I’m a qualified Psychologist/Coach/Therapist, SPSS Statistics Data Analyst & Research Consultant educated to PhD level at UCD, DBS, Surrey and Middlesex Universities. 8 years tutoring experience. Track record of high 2.1 and distinction results for assignments, exams and dissertations. My aim is to help students learn.

Tutoring Experience:

8 years teaching experience, including teaching postgraduate medical students SPSS Statistics and Qualitative Research Methods at the University of Surrey Postgraduate Medical School, and privately tutoring 100s of university students (all ages, nationalities and degree levels) to achieve their degrees in psychology, clinical neuroscience, marketing, HR management, science, nursing, medicine and allied healthcare. These are all degrees/professions that rely heavily on understanding human behaviour, meeting needs, improving outcomes, interpreting research findings, statistics and data.

Approach to Grinds:

My students describe me as very professional, helpful and knowledgeable, they learn a lot from me and typically achieve excellent academic results. I listen carefully to each student’s requirements and confirm quickly if I can help them. I tutor individuals and groups, both in person and online (eg via Skype), doing my best to help students achieve their goals.
