Personal Description:
I am a committed, encouraging teacher, a keen reader, and a lover of the outdoors.
Tutoring Experience:
I have given one-to-one tuition to hundreds of pupils over a 20-year period, and have also worked with pairs.
Approach to Grinds:
My aim is to steadily clarify all practical aspects of French grammar so that the pupil can gain confidence in speaking and writing correctly, and is not dependent on prepared material (though the preparation of useful structures and phrases, and of specific answers, also forms part of my approach). In addition, I look to continually broaden a pupil's vocabulary.
