Approach to Grinds:
I like to create an environment where the student feels safe to ask as many questions as they like and never feel silly for not understanding something or needing another explanation. I aim for the student to feel confident that they would know how to answer questions on their own after they leave the tuition. To do so I push students to reach the stage where they answer as much as possible for themselves with minimal input from me by the end of the session. Maths is to be understood and not just rote learned.
