Information About Rachel - Galway tutor

Personal Description:

My name is Rachel and I am a Home Economics and Religious Education teacher in County Galway. After Graduating from St. Angela's College Sligo with a Masters of Education, I have taught Home Economics and Religious Education at both junior and senior cycle. I have also worked for the Department of Education examining junior cycle home economics practical examinations. I also have experience with SEN and EAL. Over the last few years I have worked one to one with ASD learners, learners who are learning English as an additional language and also learners with additional educational needs.

I offer grinds online: 35 euro for Senior Cycle, 25 euro for Junior cycle

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught Home Economics at both junior and senior cycle. I have also worked for the Department of Education examining junior cycle home economics practical examinations. I have taught leaving cert Home Economics to both Higher and Ordinary students, I have helped students one on one with both the booklet and theory learning.

Approach to Grinds:

I will ensure to take a student centered approach to tutors. Ensuring to tailor each topic being covered to the specific learners needs.

I will also practice exam techniques and past exam questions with the learners to ensure they will be able to full understand and answer exam questions.
