Personal Description:

Bonjour! Born in Brittany, I lived in Paris for six years before moving to Dublin six years ago to come and teach at TCD. I love reading and I know a lot about the French language, culture, and love to teach those things to people willing to learn and improve. I am now doing a PhD on epistolarity and Samuel Beckett, who wrote both in English and French.

Tutoring Experience:

I had been a teaching assistant in Plymouth (UK) for A-levels, in Dublin (UCD) for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year and I am now an Adjunct Teaching Fellow at TCD, teaching various modules, ranging from grammar, translation, literature, culture at beginners', intermediate/advanced and proficient levels.
I am a qualified examiner for the French DELF-DALF at the Alliance française of Dublin.
I have been giving French and English private lessons for more than a decade now, both in France and in Ireland.

Approach to Grinds:

I would love to teach people eager to learn more about French culture and language. For those who are about to travel in France in the next few months, it would be a great opportunity.
I would also be delighted to help students struggling with their grammar and pronunciation.
I can provide my students with both oral or written lessons, may it be comprehension or expression.
