Information About Jeanne - Cork tutor

Personal Description:

I am a French native speaker and currently a MA student in Creative Writing. I just graduated from a BA in languages at UCC where I studied Spanish and Italian. I moved to Cork when I was 19 years old to start my studies at UCC after graduating from high school, in France.
I am a very easy-going and patient person and I like teaching as well as helping other people. Having studying languages, I know how challenging it can be and how it might be hard to stay motivated. That is why I am not judgmental or impatient when it comes to teaching French.
I love traveling, reading, going out with my friends, yoga and watching movies or Tv show.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been tutoring students at UCC in French and Italian. I have also been a tutor for students learning English on Conversifi. I am kind and patient and invested in my students' progress, which is why I like to know the objectives of the students that I tutor in order to help them as much as I can.

Approach to Grinds:

My first priorities is to know what the student is expecting from me and in which area they want to improve himself so that I can propose exercises that will suit they. I also think that doing conversations in the target language is the best way to improve the skills and confidence of the student, as they are going to practice their listening and speaking skills. Besides, my aim is for the student to feel comfortable around me so that they feel free to use the target language and gain confidence.
