Personal Description:
Enthusiastic and energetic person who loves maths. Very hard working and determined person. Love helping and very encouraging.
Tutoring Experience:
Maths and PE teacher for second level education. Completed higher level maths through all years. Previous experience of 7 years giving grinds for junior cert maths, and leaving cert maths both higher and ordinary levels.
Approach to Grinds:
First meeting would be a chat about the current topics and the issues the student has. Homework on the topic is given along with examples and notes if needed. 10 minutes at the end for any questions regarding the lesson or the maths course topics. Practical approach with "explain - show - do" as the main approach.
