Information About Bastiaan - Dublin tutor

Personal Description:

I recently moved to Dublin to be closer to my familly and am currently acting as the primary carer for my baby girl. I am available as a private tutor after office hours. I have a bachelors degree in environmental science, a masters degree in soil science, and have recently completed my PhD thesis in nanoscience. As such, I have a good knowledge of maths, biology, chemistry and physics.

Tutoring Experience:

While I have no professional tutoring experience, I have always had a nack for explaining complicated subject matter to my fellow students. As my mother was a teacher for many years, I am aware of basic teaching methods. Additionally, I have succesfully supervised two masterstudents during my PhD thesis, who I instructed in the chemistry needed for their projects.

Approach to Grinds:

I will conform to your needs. Whether you want to understand a subject or simply pass your exams, we can make it work. I will assist you in learning to look at the subject matter in a way that makes sense to you. Together, we will establish your learning goals in a first session, after which I will propose a plan to achieve them. Assignments for practice can be assigned if needed.
