Tutoring Experience:

I have tutored students back in home belonging to Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary school and University students. In addition to this I also have an experience in working as Teaching Assistant , Demonstrator and Invigilator at University College Dublin for Undergraduate students in computer science and Engineering last year.
In the corporate world I have mentored quite a few juniors on technologies used in my organisation

I dont believe the "one-size-fits-all" approach works for everyone. Every individual is different and so are their learning abilities.

My approach usually is

1) Identify the learning requirements & goals. Take into consideration any challenges & limitations
2) Prepare a timeline
3) Formulate a learning chart/plan based on the requirements and timeline.
4) Follow through for results
