Personal Description:

As an ambitious second year nursing student in college, education is very important to me and I want to help students who are struggling and feeling discouraged, as well as students who need an extra confidence boost. Since I would like to become a pediatric nurse, having experience with children and adolescents is very important to me. What better way to combine a passion and a skill than by becoming a tutor !
I speak and understand Tagalog, English and French.

Tutoring Experience:

I have tutored students in high school in Maths. I have also offered help with homework and studying at both primary and secondary levels in English, French and Maths.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe the method of tutoring differs from a developmental stage to another. It's important to consider a student's attention span, studying method, their motivations, and what discourages them in their course. With the use of play, storytelling, and games, making sure my student stays interested and interactive is my top priority.
I can also provide documents containing study guides as requested.
