Personal Description:

Although my education has provided me with incredible career opportunities in the world of biology, my true passion is teaching. I embarked on my dream of becoming a professor shortly after completing an internship. Aside from being an adept biology tutor, I can also help students with ecology, and life sciences.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a bachelor's degree in biology with a concentration in wildlife and environmental biology. I am passionate about teaching, and I feel that tutoring provides me with the skills and experience I need to achieve my goal of becoming a professor. Having completed a formal public speaking course, I feel that my interpersonal skills make me well-suited to the unique demands of tutoring.

Tutoring Approach:

My tutoring approach involves plenty of real-world examples, as I feel that this is often the best way to get students to relate to the subject matter. I also find flashcards to be effective learning tools, but I recognize that not all students are visual learners.
