Personal Description:

My name is Victoria, I was born and raised here in Canada. I graduated from Schulich School of Business at York University-Canada's #1 Business School. Wherein, I received my Bachelors Degree in International Business Administration. I have worked several corporate jobs over the years ranging from sales, marketing to commercial banking. Therefore, my Business English is very advanced and I help students with interviewing, email writing, sales pitches and much more.

started tutoring English right out of University and found a passion for it. I did it on the side here in Canada for high school students while still working corporate. However, I realized corporate was not fulfilling me, and therefore decided to leave the corporate world and go full-time tutoring English internationally. I have enjoyed tutoring English over the years as it has introduced me to so many new people, learning new subjects based on others interests and goals, and has really widened my perspective. It brings me so much joy seeing a student progress over the months and attain their goals.

Tutoring Experience:

I have tutored English for 1.5 years and around 100 students. My students consisted of high school students in Canada, as well as professionals in Poland over Skype, that needed to improve their English for interviews, email writing, travel, and more.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring is that 95% of the class is speaking, communicating with one another based on your interests/ hobbies. Let's say your interest is playing tennis all the reading materials, video content, and discussions will be around Tennis. I found this way to be the most effective way to learn English and enjoy the classes, ad you are actually learning about things you want, while simultaneously learning a new language.
