Personal Description:

I'm originally from Paris, France, and I am a native French speaker. I love sharing my experience and knowledge of the French language and culture which is why I became a French tutor. I tutor students of all ages and ability levels in standard French courses and specialty courses such as AP French and Conversational French.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in production and sales. I then became a Certified Financial Analyst.

I've taught and tutored both adults and children in everything from an introduction to French to advanced-level language courses. For the past several years, I've taught an after-school French program for a local elementary school. I've additionally served as a substitute teacher.

Tutoring Approach:

Effective communication in a new language begins with proper pronunciation. This is necessary if one is to be understood and I make a point of teaching my students how to pronounce words correctly, especially those that can be difficult for Anglophones to master.
