Personal Description:

Hello, my name is Thulasi and I have a B.A in Humanities and Social Service worker as well. I have been teaching English as a language to newcomers in private and group settings for several years now. I am very interactive and approachable, my previous students have always found my personality comfortable.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching English Conversation for newcomers at social service agencies such as 'The Hub' and 'CCVT'. I have also taught privately for individuals in my class who required the attention. I have been teaching English/ESL for several years now to newcomers. I have also taught 'tamil' as a language to young children, in groups and individually.

Tutoring Approach:

I hope to work with people to understand their learning styles and individual needs to build strategy or method of learning that works best for them. No two people are the same and this applies for learning, especially when it comes to a language.
