Personal Description:

I believe I make an excellent tutor because I have confidence in the subjects I tutor students in. Furthermore, I have empathy and am able to really listen to my young students. My determination to see them grow spurs me on to be the best math tutor I can be.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in English and went on to earn my Master of Education in Elementary School Teaching. I have experience teaching math to students in grades K-7. I'm available as a math tutor for students in elementary and middle school.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that every student can learn no matter what their background may be. I realize that students learn in different ways and therefore they need to be given the tools that will work for them. I design lessons that focus on the most relevant concepts for diverse learners so I can meet all their academic needs.
