Personal Description:

I believe that education is the most powerful and essential tool there is. I also believe that each student has a right to access a quality education. Not all students can get their needs met during class, so I enjoy tutoring students in various subjects including Psychology, which I majored in during my undergraduate years.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree with a double major in Psychology and Communication Sciences Disorders. As a psychology tutor, I am able to provide students with the guidance they need to ensure they are never at a disadvantage in the classroom. I have experience as a volunteer who has mentored children from ages K-12.

Tutoring Approach:

My tutoring belief is that there's nothing my students can't learn if they work hard at it. I also encourage my psychology students to read everything they can get their hands on as it all informs their endeavors in the subject. When I meet a new student, I like to build a rapport with them before we get to studying.
