Personal Description:

I am a very patient and calm person who wants to push students to achieve the best they can academically and aid in their building of confidence. I am a small town girl who loves music and reading so I can give awesome book suggestions to children and teens who may have trouble choosing for academic purposes or for filling their freetime! I am working towards a Post Graduate certificate in Publishing and Editing in Professional Contexts!

Tutoring Experience:

I have a lot of experience editing University papers of my peers and aiding in the learning of students in my program in the years below.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring is to first be honest about what can improve. I will layout the problems in a kind and constructive way and talk to the student about what we can do to improve. I am also flexible after learning how the student learns best. If the student is a visual learner, I will lay out examples to help them versus telling them through speech. I share my own experiences with the student so that they will understand that everyone faces issues with one or more subjects and through these sessions we will collaborate.
