Personal Description:

As a student, I was afraid to learn and it was a daunting experience. I overcame the barrier with the help of a mentor who gave me the necessary tools for success. Now I enjoy helping other students achieve academic success as an English tutor. I enjoy literature and showing students that reading can be fun.

I recently graduated with an undergraduate degree in biology. I've taught struggling middle school, high school, and university-level students.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe it is important for the student and the tutor to get to know one another.
