Personal Description:

Hi, my name is Sherry! I'm excited to be applying yo first tutors. This pandemic has been a hard time for everyone, and I can't imagine how difficult it must have been for students. I would like to help out students adjust themselves better by helping them understand their material more in order to help them succeed.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been a supervisor and teacher's assistant at a private French school in Toronto which has given me experience with children in the early development ages as well as with children in elementary. I have also tutored french to 3 children once a week for a year, further giving me experience in tutoring.

Tutoring Approach:

I try to approach tutoring that is both educational but also engaging by incorporating fun activities or examples to keep the material interesting! I find this approach especially useful when tutoring children.
